The assessor who visits writes the report.
Walkround is three people: two assessors and an office manager.
The firm
Founded in Brantholme in 2019 and still run by the people who do the work.
Walkround began when Hollis Varnden, after eleven years running office buildings and a school site, got tired of reading fire risk reports written a long way from the building. She wanted to write the report while the building was still fresh, with the photographs beside the findings. Ines joined in 2022, and Marit a year later to run the diary and read every report before it leaves. We are still three people. That is deliberate. The assessor who walks your building writes the report and answers your questions about it.
The team
The people who visit, write and send your report.
